Crafting a livelihood — how an intuitive sales strategy can pay off

I live in a village in southern England surrounded by forest and, in season, will often be found foraging in the woods — for mushrooms, gorse flowers (for wine and tea), blackberries, sweet chestnuts, even for nettles (they make a tasty beer). It’s an unpredictable business — you never know quite what you are going to find, and where you are going to find it. It’s only a hobby — I don’t know that I would survive if I had to do it for a living.
